Lunch here is a pleasure every time. The place feels bright and welcoming, and the team greets us with real smiles, kindness, and an easy professionalism. Special thanks to Laury, Dorian, Stella and Rada. They’re friendly, attentive to details, and bring such positive energy that even a quick lunch is something we look forward to. Thanks for always going the extra mile. You make each visit feel special.

I chose Novotel for a night while in Lyon to see the immersive Titanic exhibition, which was great. It was practical, since the exhibition wasn’t far from the hotel. The check-in was very efficient, and I had no issues with the room, everything was perfect. Breakfast had lots of choices and everything was fresh. The atmosphere was very calm. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel feels like it’s in the middle of nowhere, and I can’t believe it has four stars. On the first morning, staff took down my “do not disturb” sign, came in, and tidied the room. I told reception I didn’t want that happening again. The next day, the housekeeper kept knocking to do the same thing, even though he had the checkout schedule in his hand. Please don’t reply with a line about staff maintaining high standards. You don’t know what high quality is.

Laury and Stella gave great service, and the breakfast spread was really good. The room was comfortable, though the walls are thin enough that you hear people in the hallway. It’s a bit far from the center.

The restaurant food was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding. Diane was amazing, so friendly, funny, and genuine, and went above and beyond. Honestly, it was the best service I’ve ever experienced and made our stay here so great. Our room was extremely spacious and comfortable too. Thanks to Diane and the rest of the team. We’ll definitely be back.
