We were told on the booking site that they were open from 2pm. We arrived at 9pm, but nobody was there, and we couldn't park the car. We had to book somewhere else and they still charged us. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

After four years in this residence, I'm really disappointed by how the move-out went. They charged me a number of excessive fees: €120 for silicone sealant, €25 for a toilet brush, and €60 for a mattress that was already damaged. I want to be clear that I caused no damage, and I left the apartment very clean. A week before the move-out inspection, the maintenance team came to check the electrical system, but nobody had told me beforehand what items they said needed replacing. I later saw reviews from others describing the same situation. It's a real shame after four years as a tenant.
