The walled garden and driveway gave us very secure off-road parking, which could suit someone with a valuable vintage vehicle. The hamlet itself is lovely, and we had a warm welcome from the host and his two big, beautiful dogs. They greeted us like old friends and weren’t intimidating at all. Our room was comfortable, though reaching it meant climbing very steep stairs with a wobbly banister. I’m slightly disabled and managed the stairs, but didn’t feel secure. We also spent hours hearing what sounded like a child kicking a ball against a wall. It turned out to be doors rattling in their frames because they weren’t fitted well, and paper tucked into the gap stopped the noise. The gites gave us the impression of being unfinished and still a work in progress. Breakfast was available, but we didn’t have it. It’s a lovely setting and we enjoyed our stay, though we think a little tweaking is needed. We’d definitely return.

The people around us were very friendly, and we enjoyed the fresh air and beautiful nature. We were pleased with the hospitality too. My parents and I had a lot of fun during our four days there. The room was cosy and warm, and the place was a lovely surprise for us. It really is a fantastic spot.

A peaceful, lovely place to relax, with two amazing Samoyed dogs. The French breakfast was wonderful. I’d recommend it to everyone.

The apartments are spacious, cosy and well kept, with a nice rustic feel. They have kitchens, big beds and bathrooms with modern showers. The manager was nice and speaks both English and French.

The host was friendly and helpful, and they speak French, Russian and English fluently. Breakfast was delicious, and the place has a good atmosphere. My room was clean and comfortable, with a hot shower, and the WiFi and TV were excellent. It’s a beautiful, quiet spot in the heart of Burgundy and not too hard to find. The place is so lovely. I’d highly recommend staying here, whether you’re stopping after a long drive or hoping to explore the area.
