The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, and my room and bathroom were clean. I stayed for two nights while visiting from the USA and found the price affordable. I'd happily stay again on my next trip.

The receptionist was very kind, though she wasn't able to sort out any of our problems. We booked a bigger bed and paid extra, but got no upgrade and no refund. The room's air conditioning was awful: it had just one setting, which made the room refrigerator-cold, noisy, and shaky. It was over 30°C, so we had to pick between that and sleeping with the window open. We chose the window, and someone smoked outside while we were asleep. In a non-smoking hotel, we ended up in a hot room full of cigarette smoke, with a bed that was too small. We've tried emailing and calling for months and heard nothing. I stayed here in June 2022, and I won't stay again or recommend it to anyone.

There was no permanent reception, and the cleaning service was a joke. The hotel sits right beside the highway, and it was smelly, old, and noisy. It was as basic as it gets, with bus tourists around. Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

I came back for a second stay, and the hotel was good. The staff were good too.
