We went to Paris Disneyland and booked this hotel, but on the final day the manager, DAVID, said they couldn’t accommodate us because of our child. We were willing to pay extra for the child, but he still refused. He was the worst manager, rude, unfriendly and inconsiderate. Be careful booking here, or consider a one-star hotel instead. We’ve been to Paris twice before and most other hotels were much more customer-friendly. We lost our booking money because of this hotel, and Agoda couldn’t help us.

The owners were generous with advice and treated us with kindness and respect. This was our first stay in their lovely little house, just 10 minutes from Disneyland. If we come back to Disneyland, we’ll choose it again without hesitation. Simone and Sara

We had a great stay. The owners were easy to deal with, and the bus to Disneyland Paris is nearby. Our Disney-themed room was fantastic. We were meant to arrive by 11 pm, but ended up an hour and 15 minutes late. We’d let them know ahead of time, and they still welcomed us warmly. Thanks so much! 🙂

The breakfast was generous, and our room was beautiful, with a king-size bed. The bathroom was functional, and the accommodation felt cozy. It was easy to find and very close to Disneyland Paris. Our hosts gave us a wonderful welcome and were incredibly friendly. We’ll definitely come back and highly recommend the place. Best regards, Élodie and Julyen

I’ve stayed here before, in May 2023, and will be back in 2024. It’s very close to Disney, the house was spotless, and the dog was adorable. The hosts were always smiling, pleasant and ready to help if needed. I’ll keep coming back, and highly recommend it! 😀
