For the price, it's very good value. The hotel is small and clean, and the staff are helpful. It's a long way from the center, but the M8 metro gets you there in about 30 minutes. Recommended.

We spent three nights in November and had no issues with the room temperature. The reception staff were very friendly, and as a woman traveling alone I felt safe walking around at night. The center is not nearby, though you can see that on the map. Don't expect much from the tiny fridge. Breakfast costs €10 a day, a price I couldn't find on the website, so I'm leaving it here. At this price, the stay was perfectly acceptable.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it was easy to take the metro into central Paris. Our street-facing room was hot the first night, so we kept the window open and heard traffic all night. We asked reception for a fan, and it was waiting in our room when we returned that day. The woman at reception was very friendly and checked how we were finding the room.

A friendly concierge and a great guy doing his best to keep our room clean. But bear in mind the issues: traffic outside goes on day and night, and closing the windows only partly helps. The little fridge was useless even for a bottle of water, and the room stayed very hot despite the fan we found there. The room had no safe, even though the hotel ad says they have them. Whatever your age, luggage has to go up a long spiral staircase; we had four flights, quite a workout after hours of sightseeing in Paris.
