I put a lot of effort into planning my trip to France, so finding bedbugs at the accommodation was an upsetting surprise. They were infectious and really bothered me. The people running the place weren't helpful. They actually blamed my companion and me, as if we'd brought the bedbugs from somewhere else. I tried to stay patient, explain what happened, and talk it through with the staff, but I didn't get adequate help or a satisfactory solution. The incident cast a shadow over my trip. Never again at this hotel.

The neighborhood is lovely, and the metro is about a five-minute walk away. The room isn't very spacious, but it's definitely worth the price. Some people say the staff don't speak English, but you can use gestures, facial expressions, or Google Translate. They were very nice and friendly, and we'll definitely visit again.

Really bad experience. The hotel was not clean at all, and the service was extremely poor. It also felt very homophobic.

The metro is nearby, and the service was impeccable. They cleaned the room every day, and traffic noise wasn't an issue. You can hear some sound between rooms, though. The hotel feels a little dated, but it's very affordable. The bathroom sealant needs replacing, and the water pressure and heating had problems. At that price, I can understand.
