We came back for a second stay and tried a different apartment this time. Just as fantastic. It’s right in the town center, with shops and restaurants close by, and was a lovely base for a weekend near Mont Ventoux. The owner was very welcoming.

The town and its cozy accommodation were both a delight, and being so close to Mont Ventoux made it even better. We got a very warm welcome, and our apartment was exceptional. Thank you, I’d absolutely recommend it.

The apartments are lovely, but if you’re booking for three or four adults, make sure to choose one with two bedrooms. From the sofa bed, you have to walk through the only bedroom to reach the bathroom and toilet, and there’s no door there. It’s a bit uncomfortable 😕

Apartment 4 is cozy, practical and thoughtfully decorated, with room for four and good value for the price. It’s close to the village center and a car park, and late arrival after 10 pm was possible. Communication by phone and text was excellent. The apartment has an iron, soap, Wi-Fi, TV, terrace, towels, toiletries and a very large walk-in closet. Malaucène is about 25 minutes from Nyons and 30 from Mont Ventoux. The downsides: the shower and tiles need replacing, and the apartment feels cold and damp when the heating isn’t on. Some finishing work in apartment #4 still needs to be done. It’s not suitable for people with reduced mobility, as there are stairs to the apartment and bedrooms. I recommend the property, four stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Easy to get to and right in the center, yet still quiet. The welcome was great, highly recommend.
