Hôtel Hamaha Beach

The Tortue rooms were roomy and comfortable, with a wonderful sea view and all the comforts of home. I enjoyed my stay a lot. The staff were attentive, and breakfast was generous. Dinner on the terrace by the sea was delicious, frankly excellent. The waitresses were friendly, and the chef was especially kind and helpful. I’m the customer with the coconuts! Thanks again for everything.

The room had a beautiful view, and the sheets and furniture were top quality. The pool is small and a little cool, but the meal was very good too. I stayed with my partner and our 6-month-old daughter; they had a crib and high chairs available. It’s a superb place and well looked after, though you do pay for it. I’d recommend it, but it is still a budget.

The Baobab rooms have a terrace and private plunge pool, plus a view towards the beach. Inside, there’s a mini-bar, refrigerator stocked with drinks, coffee machine and pods, and a pleasantly spacious bathroom with a hairdryer nearby. Everything felt clean and functional, with the details taken care of for a comfortable stay. The restaurant is fantastic too, with excellent food, cocktails, and tapas, and very friendly service.

We rented a Baobab room and found it spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with an exceptional lagoon view. The terrace and pool completed a really relaxing stay. The restaurant was superb as well. The staff welcomed us with so much warmth and kindness. Hamaha Beach Hotel is a peaceful spot on Mayotte, and I highly recommend it.
