L'Enclos du Puy-Mary

After a rainy day of hiking, the hosts cleaned and dried our shoes for us. That was the best! They were so welcoming from the moment we arrived, and exceptionally friendly throughout. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped, with a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was generous and included homemade jam. Everything was GREAT!!

We had an unforgettable stay and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. It's a peaceful, exceptional place, and everything was immaculate. The regional cooking was delicious and generous, with a changing daily menu built around excellent local produce. Even the breakfast buffet had some pleasant surprises. I've stayed twice at this charming little hotel while traveling through the Cantal mountains, and the couple running it made me feel warmly welcomed each time. Chats with them soon felt friendly, attentive, and enriching. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the intimate hotel setting includes a lovely garden. It fully meets what I'd expect from a 3-star establishment. A place I'd gladly return to!

Thierry and Sylvie gave us a personal welcome and were both so friendly and kind. They offered excellent information about activities, hikes, and excursions.
