Thanks to the secretaries for being so kind and understanding. We’d been camping with the kids, and all our gear was soaked after a few days of rain. Then it started raining again while we were registering and paying, so we had to leave and find a hotel. We really appreciate how nice they were about it. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay and some great e-bike rides. The location worked well for getting around, and during the day the nearby motorway didn’t bother us much, though evenings might take some getting used to. We were here about ten years ago, and the site is still centrally placed. It’s roughly 3 km to the sea and 1.5 km to the shopping center, Géant. We usually bring our bikes. There’s a free shuttle bus in July and August, but you have to pay in other months. The showers are warm, and the pool was still warm in September. The grounds are maintained OK, and the mobile homes are being replaced with ones no more than 10 years old. The restaurant was closed when we visited, since it only opened in July and August. We heard that everything was supposed to change from 2023, so we’ll keep an eye on things. A new management team was due to take over in 2023, with many changes planned, and some permanent campers would have to leave as a result. Small mosquitoes come out between 5 and 8 pm, but insect repellent helps. Wild boars also wander through the campsite in the evenings, so don’t leave rubbish outside overnight. They’re not shy about coming onto the veranda to raid it.

The pool is really nice, and this campsite is close to it, with almost no wait getting onto the motorway. The mobile homes are new and nicely shaded. We did find a few things frustrating: there’s no handrail for the older person with us, so they have to ask someone to help them down, and there isn’t enough information about activities and evening events. Still a very nice campsite, and I’ll come back ⛺️.

There’s almost nothing in the camping area, just one garden hose, and €26 for two people, a car, and a tent feels like too much. Getting to the site was poorly explained, and our pitch was extremely noisy, with the busy highway only about 60 meters away, so I took off a star even though the campsite itself deserves at least three. You also have to cross a public road to get to the restroom, then walk an unnecessarily long way to reach the entrance. If you stay here, avoid pitches 123-150.
