We stayed for 3 nights and had a very pleasant visit, with the hotel well placed for our event at the nearby expo building. Receptionist Miss Imane was especially helpful and pleasant, answering our general questions and getting us everything we asked for. The other staff were pleasant and helpful too, but she stood out for taking extra care. The room was tiny but manageable, clean and smelled nice, and I appreciated the no-smoking rule. The bathroom was clean too. When the toilet flush stopped working on the second night, they arranged another room within minutes, with no wait, and also accommodated our request for a late checkout. The room was cleaned daily. There was no iron, boiler or toiletries in the room, but they provided those when asked. There was no hair dryer or safe either, though we didn’t need one. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone going to Mandelieu-La-Napoule.

The room was practical, quiet, and clean, and everyone was ready to help, especially Anthony. The manager even left me a welcome note and a gift. I’ll definitely be back for the next MIPIM. It’s a well-run hotel.

The reception team handled any problems quickly and cheerfully. They were warm and welcoming throughout. Ibis should be proud of them. Plenty of hotels with higher ratings could take a lesson from this team.

I slept really well here, which can be hit or miss for me when I travel. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and Anthony especially takes real pride in looking after guests. Ibis is usually a reliable choice, and it came through again this time. Le Terrasse is just around the corner and has great food and service too.

The fitness room is a joke. Let me show you how it ought to be equipped. The breakfast is pretty cheap, and there’s often an unpleasant smell in the hotel. The location is good, and the room itself was tidy and clean, but music from the square can get loud late in the evening.
