Sunset from the balcony or terrace was lovely, and there were always enough loungers by the pool, so no morning scramble. We also found a parking space every time. Restaurants and a park are within walking distance, though we preferred driving to the supermarket, bakery, gas station, gym, and beach. Golf Old Course Cannes Mandelieu is nearby, and reception sold us Marineland (Antibes) tickets for less than the online price. Murua, who heads the facility's administration for Vacancéole, and her husband, who handles technical matters, were especially friendly and helpful. They welcomed us warmly and dealt with our questions right away. The double bed and two single beds were comfortable, and the linens and towels were fresh and clean. The furniture showed some wear, but it didn't bother us. There was enough kitchen equipment, too. Guests were from France, Germany, England, and Belgium. Luckily, there were no Russians during our stay! The one thing I'd change is the WiFi, which was often weak or unavailable. That's up to the apartment owners, though, not the facility administration. We'd happily come back. Thanks again to Murua and her husband, who were a big part of why we had such a great stay.

The place was quite expensive, the service was below par, and it wasn't very clean. We had to do a full cleaning before leaving to avoid penalties. Parking was really poor, and the swimming pool wasn't well maintained. Avoid it if you can.

I cancelled my Hotels.com booking months in advance. It had guaranteed free cancellation, and both Hotels.com and the hotel confirmed in writing that I would receive a full refund. I still haven't received any money, just endless excuses and then silence. Résidence Carré Marine is charging cancellation fees that were never agreed to. I consider this a scam. Hotels.com hasn't helped and just blames the hotel. They kept my money, went against their terms, and hide behind meaningless confirmations. Don't trust this place or Vacancéole. In my experience, they have no integrity and kept my money without providing any service. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere, since there are plenty of honest places to stay in the area. I won't take this review down until every cent is refunded. Good luck explaining this to your next customers.

The room was lovely and the views were great. I didn't expect we'd have to make the beds and clean the room before leaving. We also had to buy washing-up supplies to do the dishes.

It's only a short walk to the beach, and the balcony has a fantastic view. The receptionist spoke English and was very helpful.
