Residence PV Les Rives de Cannes Mandelieu

We didn't get great weather, but there was still plenty to do. You can borrow board games and balls for the multi sport court. The residence has a heated pool and a lovely restaurant, though it's closed Monday and Tuesday. The accommodation was practical but could use a bit of TLC. The beds were comfortable, and having a separate toilet was convenient for five. Internet was free, though patchy.

Right by a subway station and supermarket, with great service and a great room. Amazing hotel, highly recommend!

We've stayed here twice, so we clearly like the place. We want a clean, functional apartment, a nice pool, and easy access to nearby coastal cities, and it delivers. The accommodation is a really fair price. The restaurant/cafe serves good food, and the restaurant/cafe across the street at Camping Les Pruniers is excellent. One rule we found annoying was that you can't bring balls or other toys into the pool. Maybe that's to stop anyone bothering the other swimmers by accident. This year we weren't even allowed to bring a diving mask, which bothered us because our child is most comfortable in the pool with one. That rule seems unnecessary.

Waking up to the boats moving along the canals is wonderful, and it's a great location. Parking was always possible. The pool was fantastic, clean, and there were always beds available. We rented two apartments, one for 6 people and one for 4. The 6-person apartment is twice the size, so it offers much better value. The 4-person one was a squeeze, and its AC was on its last legs. The location and pool are what make this place worth the money.
