Villa Marambat

The pool was such a relief during the heatwave, and the room was spacious, nicely decorated, with a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was generous and good quality. Aline and Jean-Pierre were so warm and attentive, they really went out of their way to make our stay perfect. It felt a bit like staying with friends, and we're so glad we met them. We had an excellent stay and will definitely come back. We highly recommend them.

We even spotted deer at breakfast, and the whole place was so peaceful. The large pool, lovely view, spacious room and very nice bathroom all matched the description and photos perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was great. On our second evening, JP made us a delicious "planche" and shared the meal with us. Aline's introduction to elderflower was fantastic. After wonderfully restful nights in comfortable beds, the generous breakfast was a treat: fresh bread, croissants, homemade jams, organic fruit juices, and more. We also tried the table d'hôtes, which I highly recommend. Aline and Jean-Pierre cook delicious food with local ingredients and produce from their garden, with original ideas and generous portions worthy of a fine restaurant. The house is splendid, with beautifully decorated rooms and lovely bathrooms, plus a garden full of trees and flowers. The pool was a lovely place to relax, and you can also use the bicycles and rowing machine, play ping pong, pétanque or volleyball in the pool, and go for walks in the heart of the Gers region. It's a beautiful, peaceful place to recharge and enjoy yourself. Aline and Jean-Pierre were kind, always available, and put so much energy into making their guests happy. We had three exceptional days and will treasure this address. We'll return as soon as possible, and a pétanque rematch is definitely in order. Pure bliss.

Such a delightful place to stay at Aline and Jean-Pierre's Marambat gîte. They were kind and gave us a warm welcome, and the gîte itself was excellent.
