Chambres d'Hôtes A la Clairière

The meal at Alessandro's felt like a culinary journey, with carefully made dishes, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors. Alessandro shared the stories behind his recipes with real passion, which made the evening feel personal too. We felt at home from the moment we arrived, while still being looked after like special guests. The room was warm and tastefully decorated, a lovely place to slow down and enjoy the moment. We left full of memories and already wanting to come back. Thanks, Alessandro, for such a generous, lovely evening.

Despite the rain, we left "La Clairière" with wonderful memories and light hearts. It was such a warm, welcoming home, and the hosts were just as lovely. We had a delightful evening and a restful night. Camillia and Alessandro bring so much kindness and generosity to the peaceful atmosphere, and the cuisine was delicious too. A lovely stop for the E. B. group on our Cantal cycling trip.

Alessandro and Camilla made us feel very welcome and gave us great advice on places to see nearby. The Italian food was excellent, with authentic ingredients and recipes cooked just right. Don't miss the aperitif. We stayed in the old chestnut dryer, a pretty, comfortable place that's been fitted out perfectly. The house is magnificent, with a superb view and an exceptional setting. I can only recommend it.

The hosts were delightful, and the peaceful setting came with a splendid, serene view. I stayed in the one-of-a-kind room in the former chestnut drying shed, tastefully renovated and equipped with every comfort. A wonderful discovery!
