We felt safe and well looked after, and the breakfast was really good. The staff were fantastic, the rooms and linen were clean, parking was free, and the hotel is close to Lille. It's in a somewhat industrial area, but borders a beautiful residential neighborhood. There are fast electric car chargers beside the hotel. If you arrive late and the restaurant is closed, Uber Eats has plenty of options. This was the best hotel on our Eurotrip, and I couldn't find a fault even if I tried.
10/10
Breakfast was good, and the children enjoyed it. We stayed one night and were happy overall, with good value for money. The hotel is near the tram stop, about a 20-minute ride from central Lille. The big disappointment was that there was no kettle in the room.
8/10
The rooms and service were very good, and breakfast was fresh and dinner came quickly. It's handy for nearby businesses and the tram line. I took off a star because the fire alarm went off at 6 am, with no call, contact, or proper explanation afterward. Some people evacuated while others stayed in their rooms.
2/10
During the night I developed insect bites or suspicious marks. After I saw a doctor, I was told the lesions were consistent with bedbug bites or another pest. I reported it to management right away, but they denied the issue outright. No specialist inspection was carried out, and the hotel refused to pay my medical expenses, even though hygiene and guest safety are supposed to matter. I found the response to such a serious concern unacceptable. If you're concerned about your health, I advise avoiding this hotel.
8/10
The rooms were very nice and tidy, and we slept well. We were disappointed to discover on arrival that the restaurant was closed for the weekend, so we had to go elsewhere for dinner. The breakfast itself was okay, but the breakfast room floor was dirty and smelled bad, and the trays hadn't been cleaned. It's right by the highway. We won't book this hotel again.
