The location is easy to reach, the rooms are great, and it’s a beautiful place. The staff were some of the most conscientious I’ve encountered in Guadeloupe, even during the Christmas season. I’ll stay here again.

We ran into trouble with our car rental company and were left stranded. The hotel paid for our return trip to Saint-Louis, and that kindness meant a lot. We hadn’t known they worked with Zahim, who’s a sweetheart, so meeting him was a lovely surprise. We highly recommend both the hotel and Zahim’s car rental service, and we’ll definitely come back. The place is peaceful and relaxing, with a lovely setting and a very good breakfast. We also received a genuinely warm welcome from staff who were very attentive. We recommend the hotel wholeheartedly.

The view is magnificent, the service excellent, and breakfast came with a wide choice of food and generous portions. It’s a beautiful place to relax and recharge. The only snag was the pool when we arrived: there were large, half-dead cockroaches in the water and it hadn’t been cleaned. It is the tropics, after all. They cleaned it properly afterward.

The rooms were quite simple, but clean. We had four children with us and got a great double room. There’s a nice pool area too.
