The owner was very kind, and I had a good experience at both the hotel and the restaurant.

Really clean hotel, with charming European-style rooms. The customer service was great too.

I wouldn't recommend the restaurant. The food quality and portions were poor for how much it cost.

Room number 1 on the ground floor was especially hard to sleep in, right beside the hotel toilets, and the soundproofing is practically nonexistent. We could hear things in the middle of the night. The rooms and bathroom also had an unpleasant smell, and some colleagues found that their sheets clearly hadn't been washed properly. We stayed at the Hotel Le Parc in Marly-le-Roi on a business trip. It's in a pleasant historic area, but parking is difficult, which makes getting there less convenient, even if that isn't directly the hotel's fault. Inside, cleanliness left a lot to be desired: dust on the light switches, cobwebs everywhere, and a very dirty shower curtain. The bathroom window had no handle, so we couldn't close it. The value for money was poor. It's a shame, because the hotel has potential, but it needs real work on maintenance and hygiene to make a stay more pleasant.
