I only booked one night, which I regret. I’d have loved to stay a week, and I’ll definitely come back next year for a longer, peaceful break. Marie welcomed us warmly and made us feel at home straight away. The gorgeous house has a Bohemian feel, full of antiques and charm, with exquisite views from the bedrooms. It’s wonderfully quiet, surrounded by vineyards, with a lagoon at the end of the garden where they farm oysters. Breakfast was lovely and included in the price. The family’s cats and lovely dog roam freely. Five stars all round.

Every now and then you stumble on a truly special place, and this was one of those stays. Beautiful, authentic, rustic, enchanting, and so peaceful. I could keep going.

It feels like a real holiday here, with direct access to the water and loads of outdoor space. Such an authentic, cozy, relaxing place. The hosts were friendly and breakfast was tasty.
