The location was nice, but this wasn't really a hotel. It was a building divided into furnished holiday apartments. Our place was pleasant in some ways, but worn and dirty. We found the sheets unclean, so bring your own, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom.

The apartment was filthy and the staff unpleasant. Parking was hard to find, if you manage to get a spot at all. Although it was advertised as one of the cheapest hotels, you'll end up paying double. There are loads of taxes due before and after your stay, plus a €200 deposit that you may not get back. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it. Avoid it.

The apartment is well located and equipped, but the staff should be reviewed. The cleaning lady of North African origin was very cold. If she doesn't want to work, she might as well stay at home. I was disappointed with my stay.

This is an apartment rental, not a hotel, and it's dirty and misleading. Everything costs extra, including sheets, towels, cleaning, and late arrival. There was no real customer service: the owner doesn't reply, while the managers say they "can't do anything". The photos show the stained sheets drying in a questionable laundry room. There are much better rentals in Marseille, so look elsewhere.
