While the hotel was cleaning, they mixed up the room numbers and took all my belongings from my room. They admitted the mistake but never returned my luggage, and now they’re ignoring my messages. They robbed me and ruined my vacation. I had to wear the same clothes for the whole trip and spend time looking for basics they’d taken, like a phone charger and toothbrush, instead of enjoying my holiday. Outrageous. I should have called the police straight away. Return my belongings!

We were left without anywhere to stay here. The check-in instructions never arrived, and for two days we couldn't get in because none of their contacts answered, including the emergency number. We ended up booking another hotel. Avoid this place.

For the price, it wasn't bad. The metro is about a seven-minute walk, and there was a guard in the evening. Just know there's no air conditioning, and with the windows open it gets noisy.

I was told to go to reception to check in, but it was Sunday and nobody was there. Without any staff, I couldn't get the keys or stay.

The vending machine was out of order, and the person in charge couldn't speak English. The instructions were sent in French, and check-in wasn't possible before 16:00.
