Sarah at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. The person making breakfast and the cleaner were helpful as well. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The staff were really nice and would do anything we asked. The room was pleasant, if a little small. We only needed it for a short stay, so that was fine. I’d come back for another short visit.

Everyone spoke very good English, which we appreciated. The staff looked after us and made us feel at home. The hotel was clean, quiet, and in a good location. I’ll consider staying here on my next visit. Thank you.

The restaurant downstairs was pretty average, and the waiters didn’t speak English. We ordered three dishes, but 15 minutes later the waitress brought only two because she hadn’t understood the order. The prices were okay. Our room and bathroom were both very small, and there were ants on the bed. The front desk woman argued and denied there was a problem until she came up and saw it herself. She moved us to another room, though she didn’t seem very willing to, and there wasn’t much availability in August during high season.

The restaurant on site was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms weren’t very big, but they were clean and comfortable, and it was reasonably quiet most of the time. The hotel is outside Marseille, right by the highway, which worked well for anyone needing to be in the city’s northern area.
