The service was mixed. We had to ask about three times over several hours to get extra pillows, but the desk staff were immensely helpful the next morning when our phones couldn’t place an important call. The rooms were perfectly adequate, neither great nor poor. The location was okay, a bit far from the city center, but the price was really good, so we were fine with it. Getting down to the parking was a little scary because it’s so narrow, though there was plenty of space once we made it down. There’s no elevator to the parking garage, which could be an issue for some groups.

I was on a tourist trip and stayed here. The rooms were bad, but the service was excellent, especially in the breakfast area. I want to mention Tassa in particular. She was very positive and gave wonderful service, reflecting really well on the place. She deserves 5 stars.

The bathroom drain was blocked, so the shower water wouldn’t go down, and the room walls were chipped with paint peeling off. The hotel photos don’t match what I found when I arrived. At breakfast, Tasa insisted that my wife leave a review, then took her phone and wrote one that included her name. It felt incredibly disrespectful. A very bad experience.
