Juliette shared that Le Consolat is entirely run by women, which felt like a perfect finishing touch to a night I'll remember. I was celebrating my 27th Birthday in Marseille, and I'm so glad we dined here early in the trip. The food was outstanding: beautiful presentation, lovely textures, silky sauces, mackerel and tuna that melted in your mouth, and sweet-and-sour mussels. Every dish on the menu felt distinct and thoughtfully put together. Juliette brought genuine warmth and passion for hospitality, too. Thank you for such a memorable evening.

The service was welcoming and really professional. I went by myself and still had a fantastic time, though it would be a great place to visit with a group. French culinary technique alongside bold Asian flavors was such a good combination. I'd recommend getting the menu so you can try as many of the delicious dishes as possible.

A full 10/10 for this meal. Each dish was delicious, with colors, flavors, and presentation that were exciting but still harmonious. Great wine and such pleasant service. My aunt was on cloud nine, culinarily speaking, and so was I!

The Asian-inspired food was so well done, and this is the best meal I've had in Marseille so far. Really happy to have found this gem in the city center. Can't wait to come back. Merci!
