I haven't stayed at the Lou Gabain yet, but after 14 years in France I've never seen customer service like this. The owner has been lovely. We have a small baby, and they've gone out of their way to prepare for our arrival, arranging a high chair and baby cot and keeping in touch to check that we have what we need. I'm sure I'll update this after our stay, but so far I can recommend the Lou Gabain to English speakers for its great location and excellent customer service.
