The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well equipped. Check-in was easy and the instructions were clear, though we were glad our granddaughter was with us to open the key box, which was low down in a dark spot. The location is central, near St-Charles train station and the Old Port. One bedroom, the living room, and kitchen face the street, while the other bedroom looks onto a small, dark courtyard. The trams are very noisy and make the apartment vibrate, but thankfully they don't run from 11 pm to 6 am, so it's quiet then. The mattresses are thin, and the bed frames stick out, making the sleeping area uncomfortable for anyone who tends to roll off the mattress.

The apartment is on a tram-served street, yet it's very quiet, and metro lines 1 and 2 are close by. The price is competitive for Marseille. Le Petit Colbert Apartment was clean, spacious, and laid out well, with everything needed for four to six people. Appliances and supplies were all there, including a dishwasher, towels, linens, salt, oil, vinegar, soap, and dishwashing liquid. The keys were handed over early and efficiently, with clear instructions. The manager was attentive and ready to help if anything unexpected came up. Highly recommended!
