We expected more from this property. The room felt very old, there were stains on the carpet, and the patio furniture hadn't been set up. Since I was traveling with a two-year-old, we checked out soon after arriving and moved to a hotel that could meet our needs.

Communication was a constant problem. We tried speaking Greek and English, but they kept responding in French, so it was very hard to get through to anyone. Not knowing French doesn't make us stupid. If they want tourists to book what is already an overpriced stay, they should treat people with more understanding and respect. They also have a charging station for rental electric cars, but when I asked, a man named Elias said it couldn't be used. The people there were no help at all. I also woke with rashes after sleeping in what I thought were clean sheets, and my cousins in the next room had the same problem. There were bed bugs. Greek cleanliness authorities would've stepped in right away. The breakfast selection was inadequate, with only a poor range of lukewarm food.

We got to the hotel well before check-in with all our luggage, and they let us into the room early at no extra cost. That was a really pleasant surprise. Customer service was top notch, and don't miss the breakfast. Can't wait to come back. Merci Novotel!

The room was clean, roomy, and comfortable, and getting to public transport was an easy walk. I had a short stay at Novotel and found the service helpful. Parking is available, but you have to pay for it.
