The woman who checked me in on Monday 29th December was so sweet and kind, 10/10. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe so far, and I literally can’t wait to come back 🫶

Breakfast was nice, with fresh croissants, crepes, and similar things, though I missed having vegetables with the eggs. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean, with AC and a kitchenette that even had a dishwasher. There was no cleaning during our first seven days. Before leaving, you have to wash and put away the dishes and take out the trash, which really surprised me. Not great, not terrible.

I was studying abroad and stayed in the Superior Double with Balcony. Traveling alone as a student, I had a great experience here and would absolutely recommend the hotel to other students studying abroad. I’d love to return someday.

They couldn’t find our booking when we arrived and threatened to kick us out unless we paid a €300 deposit. They said it wouldn’t be processed, and we made sure to check that it would be refunded when we checked out. But I still see the €300 on my bill.

For my business trip to Marseille, this was a very good place to stay. It doesn’t have extra luxuries, but everything worked and was clean, and the staff were kind and responsive.
