The customer service was terrible, and the employees treated me like trash. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. Absolutely awful place. Don’t spend your money here.
A good budget option for exploring Marseille. It’s well located by the Orange Velodrome and close to a metro stop, with friendly, helpful service.
The only drawback was the WiFi. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and well located, the staff were helpful and polite, and the shower had hot water and good pressure.
The bathroom was the one letdown. It didn’t feel properly clean, and the towels had an unpleasant smell. I really notice how hotel sheets and towels smell, so that took away from the stay. We also couldn’t get parking: we hadn’t realised a space needed to be reserved with the room, and an event meant the nearby lots were full. Still, the hotel is in a great spot beside the Vélodrome and a shopping centre, in a safe area. We were welcomed warmly, and our tidy, cosy room was just the right size for two nights. Breakfast was good, without being anything over the top. I’d recommend it for a short stay.
