The sound carries straight through the building from the neighbors beside, above, and below us, across several floors. An expert report puts it at 61 dB, with the standard at 58 dB and 62 dB classed as non-compliant, but nothing has changed. There are also leaks on the balconies, and the apartments are even worse. The thermal insulation is supposedly fine, yet despite supposedly having a thermodynamic water heater, we pay more than €15 per cubic meter for hot water, plus a maintenance contract. There are probably over 30 social housing units in the building. It feels like social housing quality, and I’d avoid it.

It’s in a great spot between the calanques and the old port. Book through Abritel.

Lovely residence, though the rules need to be enforced more closely.
