Residence Suitetudes Le Major

The maintenance worker is the one person raising the bar here. He’s certainly the best in the business. The manager, though, is often absent, does nothing for the tenants, and just occupies a seat like a puppet. The elevator is still out of order even though they assured us it would be repaired. That says a lot about their professionalism. This residence is worthless. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It was really noisy, and the bedding was so bad you could easily fall out of bed. There was no air conditioning or even a fan in summer. Open the window and the mosquitoes have a feast.

I applied and heard nothing back, even after two weeks. Calls, emails, and messages through their website all went unanswered. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. If zero stars were an option, that would be my rating here, just as in the same review I wrote for Studelites Premium and Les Estudines Oxford residences.

At night, sometimes rats roam around the building, and the place is infested with cockroaches. My studio was full of them, it was a nightmare. There were mosquitoes everywhere, and the garbage was at the far end of the alley. The security guard was very intrusive. It’s filthy, poorly maintained, and way too expensive for what it is. A huge disappointment. Avoid it! 😠
