We needed somewhere at short notice after a problem meant we’d missed a night at our hotel when we got to Marseille. This place was central, and the staff were nice. The sheets were clean and we got a night’s sleep, but the budget rooms felt run down and definitely need updating. I wouldn’t stay again unless I were in the same bind.

The staff made this stay for me. They let us check in much earlier than 15:00, and even when some rooms weren’t ready, we could leave our bags in them while they were being cleaned. So accommodating, and really top level service. Thanks to the whole team. The hotel itself is lovely and comfortable, right on the high street. 11/10 ⭐️

The staff were welcoming and very polite, and the hotel was tidy and well organized. It was quiet and comfortable too. I had a great experience and would definitely return.

The host was amazing, and I had a great time here with my parents. It’s a lovely place to stay, with a good location in the old city and everything nearby. The only downside was that the rooms felt a bit cramped, but we were on vacation, after all.

The location and staff were great, and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. The room itself was dirty, though, including the old, grimy bathroom. We had to ask for fresh towels, since the ones provided were so awful I wouldn’t even use them to clean a garage floor. They did replace them when asked, and the new ones were fairly fresh. We were asked three times to pay a tax that we’d already paid. After cleaning the room, staff also left the door unlocked.
