L'Hostellerie du Relais Sainte Anne

We had a wonderful four days at this really nice chateaux hotel. It’s private and calm, and the pool was a great extra in the southern France weather. I especially loved the Flipper game in the bar, it took me right back to childhood. Thanks for hosting all of us. We’ll definitely come back!

The evening meals were a real highlight, superb and well priced. They were beautifully prepared and presented, absolutely delicious, and brought out the area's wonderful local produce in a sophisticated way. Top marks to the chef. We stayed two very enjoyable nights while walking in the Dordogne. The grounds were spacious, beautiful and peaceful, and our large, well-appointed room had French doors opening onto a terrace. A wonderful experience.

We spent three days there and had a really enjoyable time. It’s peaceful, and a good place to relax and feel calm. I’d strongly recommend it if you want a private holiday away from the cities.

Dinner and breakfast at the outside restaurant were great. It’s a quiet, lovely place close to the town centre, with peaceful gardens and a pool. The rooms are a little dated, and not all of them have tea or coffee facilities 😢
