Camping Domaine des Tamaris

We loved how peaceful the site was, with beautiful nature all around, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We’d definitely come back! The heated pool stayed at a perfect temperature, even in mid to late October. Every pitch had direct water and electricity and was clean. The showers were among the best we’ve had at a campsite: warm water for as long as you want, with no annoying button to keep pressing. We did shower too long, sorry! The beach is really close and the water is crystal clear. There are lovely short and long walks, and an incredible sunset if you walk about eight minutes. A couple of things to know: in the low season there’s no supermarket, though there is one in high season. There isn’t a sandy beach right nearby, but you can jump straight into the ocean or take your paddleboard. Internet really should be included nowadays. We have Starlink and tried the site Wi-Fi briefly, and, well… :/ But maybe this awesome setting is a good reason to work or use your phone less. Very well done, and thanks for staying open in October when everywhere else around was closed!

We had a superb pitch for our motorhome when we stayed in October, and the facilities were all brand new. Nothing to complain about there. At this time of year, you need to be self-sufficient, as you’ll have to cycle the 3 km into town for supplies. The receptionist was friendly and helpful too. We’d definitely stay again.

We felt right at home thanks to the staff. They were kind, attentive and always efficient, but never seemed stressed.

What a great find. The site is lovely and well equipped, the staff are nice, and the pool is great. The bonus is having the sea just across the road.
