gîte Mas Antinea

The gîte is well placed among the vineyards and very quiet, but that doesn’t mean you want to feel like you’re living in a monastery. With all the restrictions, that’s the impression we got, and the owners watch you closely. The rooms are rather austere and the bedding is poor, though the kitchen is very well equipped. The pool house has good equipment too, but cleanliness there was a bit neglected. Cats and a dog are around a lot, so be careful if you have allergies. In the evening you’re not supposed to make noise because the owner sleeps next door. We won’t return. For a book club, you can find somewhere cheaper.

I gave a massage this summer to a client who was staying at this lovely, welcoming haven of peace. The outdoor areas are really made for relaxing, and I’d gladly come back to give massages here. Thanks for the warm, discreet welcome. 🌸
