Very friendly, family-run place with a sauna. Honest and good value.

The hotel was quiet and relaxing in a lovely setting, and we liked the ground floor common area and games room. Breakfast was very decent and excellent value. We'd stayed here a long time ago, but during this holiday season it felt less welcoming. Our room for four left us a little disappointed. We were cold in the evening and overnight. We noticed a space heater outside the neighboring room, perhaps they had requested one. The bathroom was cool too and could use some updating. I don't usually comment on toilet paper, but what was provided in a hotel of this quality really wasn't encouraging to use. Our neighbors smoked on the balcony, and we couldn't see any smoke detectors in the rooms. We would have liked to chat with you, but it was busy when we paid, and nobody asked if we'd enjoyed our stay. All the best.

The surroundings are pleasant, and the hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the slopes. But the rooms need updating throughout. The bedding and bathroom are mediocre, though the room wasn't dirty. Walking across the parquet floor, with its rather poor carpet, was noisy, and the owners' children were making noise until 10:30 pm, which was unpleasant after a long day. Breakfast was very expensive for what you got, with little choice and small portions. We had to ask for it, and it wasn't enough for someone with gluten intolerance. No alternatives were offered. There are a few things that could be improved.

We had a fantastic short week here with our 4-month-old baby. The room was clean, spacious for a couple with a child, and had plenty of storage. It's a well-maintained, family-friendly 2-star hotel that matched the website photos and description, with no misleading information when booking. We especially appreciated the baby-friendly touches: the beds were made and the trash bins emptied every day, including the dirty diapers; there was a bathtub for bathing the baby; and the hotel is right at the start of mountain bike trails that you can use with a stroller with large wheels. The pool, tree-filled garden, and shaded terrace were lovely places to spend the day with our little one. The meals and breakfasts were very good, with fresh local produce, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. We'll definitely return and recommend it.
