La Grange d'Arly

We felt at home here instead of like we were staying in a hotel. The welcome at check-in and check-out was lovely, and after we realized we'd forgotten an expensive item in our room, they immediately offered to send it to my home address. Thanks so much, and see you next time.

The large balcony made the pleasant room even better, and I enjoyed sitting in the sun with my coffee after breakfast. The bar area was relaxing, parking was good, and the hotel is close to Megeve. We were warmly welcomed at this lovely place, and I'd highly recommend it. I'd love to return for skiing.

The rooms felt roomy and cozy, and the hotel is right in the center while still being peaceful. Breakfast and service could use some work, though.

We keep coming back, and this was our fourth stay with our dog. The location and room suit us well, parking is good, and the rooms are clean. There's usually something in the room that isn't working: last time it was the TV, this time a socket. Even so, we enjoyed our stay. The cleaners do a good job, though they're not very quiet during the day. We only learned this time, after overhearing staff speak with other guests, that you could get omelettes at breakfast. It would've been good to know when we arrived.
