There’s a room here for tourists arriving by bike or other means, with a garage for bicycles. The manager is very pleasant, breakfast is plentiful, and you’re sure of a good night’s sleep. In the evening, the Guinguette is an easy five-minute walk away for dinner.

We had a lovely family stay in August. Sandrine was a very welcoming host, and we enjoyed breakfast out in the garden. The house is lovely, with beautiful walks nearby. The open-air café was a great spot for dinner while the children got some fresh air. Thanks for a great stay.

A few minutes’ walk along the canal towpath brings you to the guinguette, a magnificent, peaceful spot on the banks of the Cher River. The landscape is so tranquil and soothing, the food is excellent, and the service is always friendly. Friday evenings have a lively atmosphere with quality music. The guest rooms are comfortable and spotless, decorated with care and flair. We also enjoyed the lovely garden and its birdsong. We received a warm, attentive welcome. This place is run with a contagious love of sharing. Paradise on Earth!

Don’t miss dinner at “La Guignette” along the Cher River. We made a pleasant stop here while cycling the Berry Canal and received a warm welcome from Sandrine. The recently renovated Blue Room is full of charm, and breakfast in the garden was a real treat, generous and made with homemade, local products.
