APPARTEMENT TERRASSE VUE MER Sea view terrace apartment "Etoile de Mer"

Our apartment on the fourth floor was wonderful, and the new building sits right by the water with an elevator. The entrance and elevator are locked, so you need keys to get in. There's free parking in front, but space for only 10-12 cars. From the balcony we could see the sea, mountains, Sabblets Beach, and the basilica. On July 14th, people in the building had front-row spots for the fireworks.

The little balcony is lovely, with a beautiful view straight over the sea, since the apartment is right on the water. But the small studio, on the fourth floor near the start of via Porte de France, isn't very well kept and gets noisy. There's a lot of traffic on the street below, and the windows don't block it out. There's a bathtub, but no shower or bidet, and there's no air conditioning. Opening both the front door and terrace door does create a cool breeze. The TV only gets a few French channels. The kitchen is decent, with electric burners and just enough pots and pans.

We had a great stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, and I really recommend the rénové studio. They're serious and professional ❤️

Go and give it a try! The food is excellent, and everything's delicious. I definitely recommend visiting.
