Hotel Riva Art & Spa

The rooms were comfortable, the service was good, and the atmosphere felt relaxing. Hotel Riva Art & Spa made for a really pleasant stay. Everything was great!

Our stay at Hotel Riva Art & Spa was enjoyable, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are basic, but I'd certainly recommend the hotel. A few things could be improved. In our room the full-length mirror was inside the wardrobe door, which couldn't open all the way because of the bedside table. The shower curtain let water onto the floor, so a screen would be better and more hygienic. It might also help to add instructions for the phone and heating or cooling, since other guests may not find them as straightforward as we did. In the mountain-view rooms, the blackout curtains should be longer. Ours barely covered the window, and street lamps made it quite bright at night.

The walk to the old town is a bit longer, but in nice weather it's pleasant along the seafront. Our room was clean and very nice, though a little noisy in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. The rooftop hammam and jacuzzi overlooking the sea are well worth trying. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had no complaints apart from the mixed drinks at the bar costing 15 EUR. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked well. We also had a great balcony view and enjoyed the rooftop spa. My wife and I had an incredible four-day stay.
