Chalet la Ferme de Mon Grand Père

The chalet was immaculate, and Gaelle, Dorian and their team gave us excellent service. It’s an incredible place, just a two-minute drive or five-minute walk from Meribel center village and the lifts.

There’s a lot to enjoy here: a spacious dining room with a big table, a professional kitchen, a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, and a terrace with a table, wood-burning stove and barbecue. The relaxation area has a six-person jacuzzi, sauna, rowing machine and treadmill, while the games room comes with a pool table, pinball machine, darts, Wii and board games. There’s also private parking of a reasonable size and a ski room with boot warmers. The chalet is beautiful and spans several floors, with impeccable decor inside and out, mixing chic, modern touches with a cozy mountain feel. The bedrooms aren’t huge, but they’re perfectly adequate, with storage and an en-suite bathroom and toilet. I’d have given it five stars if the bedrooms were better soundproofed, though that’s a minor point. A truly excellent property that I highly recommend.
