We had a wonderful stay at L’Helios and will definitely come back. The ski-in, ski-out access, lovely facilities, lively bar, comfortable room, and beautiful views were all great. The staff were friendly and helpful too.

We ate at the restaurant on 26 February 2026. My son had salmon and pasta with some truffle sauce, then came down with a stomach bug and viral gastroenteritis overnight. I called the hotel to report it, since you have to go through reception to reach the restaurant. The receptionist didn't seem to care about what I'd reported.

Getting everything arranged before we arrived was fantastic. They had taken care of all our lessons, activities, and rentals in advance, and the customer service was great. The hotel has its own ski shop and wonderful ski-in, ski-out access. Our room was clean, nicely decorated, and had a spectacular view. Eating at the hotel was convenient, and the meals were wonderful and nicely presented. Everyone on staff was welcoming and accommodating. This place is a hidden gem, and we'll definitely return soon!

The room was spacious and had a magnificent view. We really enjoyed our stay, with a great breakfast and a nice crêperie for lunch. The staff were very kind, and the hotel sits right by the slopes. A couple of things to know: the village is downhill, about a 10-minute walk along a very steep road. If you don't rent skis at the pro shop, they charge €5 per person per day for the lockers, and we hadn't been told that in advance. There's no minibar in the room.
