Le Mérilys Hotel & Spa

I loved my six nights here. The food was great, breakfast was included, and the lifts and runs are super close. The ski lockers are handy, with heated boot holders, and there’s a hot tub on site. Highly recommend!

The food was one of the best parts. My friends and I had half board, with good breakfast variety and amazing choices at dinner, some of the best hotel food I’ve had. The sauna, steam room, and outdoor jacuzzi were all great, and there’s a masseuse offering massages and skin care. The ski lockers dry your riding gear overnight. I stayed for seven nights. The hotel is about 20 metres from the slopes and has a car park. The staff were very friendly. The only downside was that the WiFi was unreliable at times, but I’m very happy with the hotel overall.

The apartment was perfect for a larger group, and the spa with its saunas and jacuzzi was enjoyable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location is great too, less than 200 metres from the piste, restaurants, and ski rental. The downside was the older man running the place. He seemed a bit grumpy and too focused on money instead of service.

The location is good, but there’s not much else to recommend it. I booked a “petit foret” bedroom and unfortunately got a small window looking onto a building. The shower was awful, with no pressure, and when I told the staff, they didn’t try to improve things. The “spa” pool was closed and the saunas had their lights off. If you can find somewhere else at the same price, which isn’t cheap, I would.
