The view and the location were the only things we liked. The apartment itself felt cramped, dated and much too small. A booking error left two couples sharing a one-bedroom place, despite us paying extra for two bedrooms. They offered a refund, but it wasn't sorted out during the holiday, and I wouldn't have had to sleep on the couch all week if the booking had been handled properly.

We found the staff friendly and the place very clean, and having ski rental in the same building was handy. We stayed on the 12th floor in 2016, in a room listed for seven, but five felt like the comfortable limit. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes, and worked well for us. With more than five, you'd probably need to split meals between two pots. There were two bedrooms, one with bunks and one with a double, plus the sofa bed, a bed underneath it and a chair that turned into a bed. Technically there was space to sleep seven, though I wouldn't recommend that many. The downstairs lockers only held about a set of skis and a snowboard, so a larger group should expect to use the balcony for gear. I plan to come back.

The rooms really need renovating. There were bad smells, dirty floors and linens, and even chewing gum on the sheets. The children's bunk beds were in the studio, so don't book one expecting a double room. Getting to the accommodation also meant taking a separate lift. This didn't feel like the three-star hotel that was advertised, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The sunshine was wonderful, but the flats felt tiny and cramped. You couldn't open the kitchen equipment without knocking into the table and chairs. We were also charged more than twice what we originally booked for.
