The room was 27 degrees inside and out, and there was no working Clim. Reception was a miserable experience, as if I were bothering the woman. There’s nowhere to eat nearby, and Google Maps can’t find the place properly. Hard to imagine a worse hotel. Get lost and don’t come!

The place is quiet and comfortable, and I liked the breakfast. The waitresses know how to treat people, and the service was amazing. I also liked the swimming pool and gym. Everything in the room was clean, and everything was amazing.

There was no one at the counter after 8pm. They’d only said check-in was before 8, not that nobody would be there to let me in. My flight was late and my phone wasn’t working, so I couldn’t call ahead. I asked three different residents to call the number left at the desk, but the emergency number just rang back to reception, where no one was. They were even looking around the hotel for any workers who might still be there to let me in. I arrived with a hurt back and was already in pain. It was a horrible experience, and I’ll never come back.

Everything else seemed clean and in good condition, which made the awful smell in the bathroom even more disappointing. I couldn’t take a shower because of it. It was the last room at the end of the corridor on the first floor, and there was no one at the front desk that evening to tell about the problem. A nice hotel otherwise, but leaving that smell unaddressed is unacceptable.
