The Black Forest cake was the best I've ever had, and the welcome was lovely. A great traditional restaurant.

The restaurant was a real highlight for me. The food tasted amazing, and they offer some good dishes, though the staff weren't especially warm. The hotel itself is good and clean, but the many carpets in each room could be a problem if you're allergic to mites, since mites can hide in them. If you stay anyway, bring your antihistamine.

I've been coming back for years, and the food is excellent with really generous portions, as always.

The food was delicious and the accommodation was reasonably priced. Rooms are nice, and the staff are good. I'd recommend it.

Sadly, they don't really have vegetarian menus.
