There are two things that kept this from being a five-star stay: the bathroom door wouldn’t lock because the door frame was missing a hole, and leaving our keys on the table when we went out didn’t feel reassuring. I’d have preferred to put them back in the locked box. Still, we’d definitely stay again if we’re in the area. Mers-les-Bains is truly beautiful, and the apartment is very comfortable. The building dates from 2021 and feels brand new. It’s an unusual style of accommodation, with no reception. Everything is handled online, and the key pickup codes arrive on the day. There’s a modern, fairly wide elevator to all floors. The apartment was spacious, practical, nicely laid out, and decorated well. The street-facing balcony gives a partial sea view. The bedding was perfect, the Wi-Fi worked well, and having two TVs, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, was a real plus.

The apartment I booked was spotless and well looked after, and the building felt secure. It’s just steps from the beach and very well located. The owner was available when we had questions. I was very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend it!

Booking was simple and efficient, and the area was quiet and close to the sea. The apartments are brand new, clean, and very nice. A good spot for a few days away.
