We gave up on staying here after the reception experience and the industrial estate setting. The location looked like converted industrial units, about a 30-minute drive from the city, and even an Uber took over 20 minutes to arrive. At 2:30 pm, the woman at reception said we couldn't check in until after 4, despite our email from them saying check-in was available 24 hours. She told us to wait outside; when we asked if there was anywhere else to go, she said no and shut the door on us. We were left in a very hot car park with nothing around. We found two very dirty chairs and moved them beside the building for shade. Later, when we asked our booking agent to contact the property, they refused to comment. Extreme disappointment. Don't waste your time. This was the worst residence we've experienced.

In summer, the AC doesn't work in most rooms, making it impossible to sleep at night. There are bugs and mice everywhere, the bathroom is tiny and only suitable for children, and cellphone data is unstable. And this hotel had no WiFi in 2020. When you leave, you're expected to do the cleaning for them so they don't have too much work. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, if you can even call it that.

Getting a taxi was difficult, so I'd recommend using Uber, and there aren't many local places to eat dinner. The area seemed very undeveloped, and there were lots of bugs in the room. Cleaners came in twice without knocking. The window blinds didn't work, leaving me wondering how many people had peeped into my room.

Everything was fine for a short stay, and the free parking is useful if you're going to Toulouse airport.

The price was reasonable. It's a clean, small apartment over two floors, with the option to cook. Fine for a short stay.
