The pitches have a decent amount of space, and the indoor pool is really good. The facilities for washing up and using the toilets let the place down: there’s no toilet paper, no handwashing sinks by the toilets, and the lighting makes washing dishes after dark difficult. Some cabins are available, so it might be worth looking at those instead of camping if you want to avoid the washing issues. If the care put into the pool extended across the whole site, it could be excellent.

Those cowbells were the one downside. We brought our own tent and had a lovely flat, shaded pitch, with plenty of wildlife around. It’s also a perfect base for exploring everything the area has to offer.

There’s plenty for everyone here, and we stayed with three girls aged 5, 11 and 13. The large pitches have lots of tree cover, and the guests come from mixed nationalities. The indoor and outdoor pools are a plus, as are the free showers. Lovely campsite, just remember to bring your own toilet paper. I recommend it!

The region is beautiful, and the small campsite has both an indoor and an outdoor pool, which were okay. The Wi-Fi was terrible, though, and the staff left us with a negative feeling. There were no smiles, maps, advice, or anything to help make the stay really nice. It felt like being in a hospital intensive care unit. The first woman checked the bungalow and approved it, but the second was very angry when we left because the cleaning wasn’t good enough. Since the instructions weren’t clear, we were really surprised. We paid 50 euros and left feeling unhappy.
